The Power of Us 30 are organisations who are leading the way in realigning and calibrating their organisational culture in a way we know to be vital in order to thrive in the new landscape emerging post-pandemic.
They put people, purpose and culture at the heart of everything they do.
New members will be joining the Power of Us 30 as we work with exceptional organisations that meet the following criteria:
- Proof of a culture of innovation and strong performance
- Evidence of ‘people-powered’ innovation with good ideas coming from all parts of the organisation and community – and not just the top
- Demonstration of care for their people and their community as an inclusive organisation
- Examples of seeking to build diversity in all its forms across the organisation
- Looking to do the right thing – not just CSR, but also support for local community, environmental actions, L&D and more
- An approach to leadership that is humane, distributed and developmental
